1. Let's have a conversation - 15 minute phone call or enquiring via email to fact find
2. Decide whether a site visit is needed, and arrange a preliminary site visit if required
3. Interpret the best solution & draft a proposal, either assessment-led or project-based
4. Schedule the work, bringing people together to deliver a project via a project plan
5. Prepare for the work - is there anything we need to bear in mind, staging a typical day
Confidently meet statutory HSE regulations
We will benchmark where you are in regards to controlling hazards at work, before making recommendations for improvements. By working with us you will end up with a much better understanding of how to keep your employees safe.
Once we’ve finished a project, we’re then only a phone call away if you need further support, building on projects which have already been completed.
